Paul and Laura Robideau are very pationate about their horse and dog business at Lake Ridge.

Both Paul and Laura grew up with a love for dogs. Laura feels her love for horses started when she was born. She rode many horses and ponies until she was able to buy her first horse at 14 years old. Laura started competing at local horse shows right away and in her first year in the Silver Buckle Saddle Club won reserve High Point for the year. She went on to be a High School Rodeo Queen in Sweet Grass Montana. Her first horse Misty Blue who was a 1/2 Arabian was pregnant when she met Paul. Laura would bring Paul out to the barn where she boarded her horse on dates. Paul fell in love with the horses because they were so lovable and gentle. When Paul proposed Laura said it is a package deal of 3 ; Her pregnant horse and her. So their love for starting their Lake Ridge business with breeding Horses and dogs started in 1974.
